It doesn’t get much more homegrown than our Chopra Striped Pillow. Following in India’s rich textile heritage, this effortlessly chic layer comes to us from a small rural village near the city of Jaipur, where it was handcrafted by a small cooperative of skilled local artisans. This work helps these craft communities to preserve their culture’s time-honored practices while also earning a livable wage to support themselves and their families. The process starts with linen thread, which is handwoven on a traditional loom to create a soft fabric. This fabric is then block-printed by hand using ancestral techniques to create a mix of thick, bold indigo stripes and narrow red and white stripes. Finally, it's finished off with a hidden zipper closure and a luxe down and feather pillow insert for a plush feel. All other non-furniture items can be returned for a full refund, as long as they are returned within either 30 days of purchase if bought in store or 30 days after the order was received if bought on our website.
