Here at Jayson Home, we’ve worked to determine the best, most efficient shipping methods based on the merchandise you have selected. We’ve also chosen the best professional carriers to ensure that you receive your order in excellent condition and in a timely manner. Domestic Shipping Information

Our shipping methods vary, depending on the weight and size of the item(s) that you have selected. For example, a large item, such as a sofa, cannot ship in the same manner as a smaller item, such as a pillow. The sofa will ship via a trusted freight carrier and the pillow will ship via UPS. We determine shipping methods on a case-by-case basis and will let you know the best method at the time of your order. Please note that all of the shipping options below apply to orders sent within the 48 contiguous United States.

Small Item Shipping Options

  • UPS STANDARD DELIVERY— Your order should arrive within 3-5 business
    days, depending on where you are located in the US. Price dependent on
    weight and size of item(s).
  • UPS EXPRESS DELIVERY— We offer overnight, 2-day and 3-day shipping. The timing of your order’s arrival will depend on which service you choose. Price dependent on weight and size of item(s).
  • IN-STORE PICKUP— In the area? Stop by and pick up your order when it’s convenient for you. Available anytime during store hours. Free.
  • COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING— Our pillows and Jayson Home Gift Cards always ship free of charge via UPS ground service. These items should arrive within 3-5 business days, depending on where you are located in the US. Free.

Furniture/Large Item Shipping Options

  • WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY— A local delivery company will call or text to set up delivery. They will bring the item to your room of choice and unwrap, inspect and assemble it. After you have approved, they will take all debris with them. Please be sure to inspect carefully prior to signing the delivery paperwork. After your order is placed, we will contact you about current timelines for shipping. Typically your order will arrive in 2-3 weeks after purchase.
  • THRESHOLD DELIVERY— A local delivery company will call or text you to set up a delivery date and will bring your item to the first dry/secure area (such as a garage, covered porch, lobby or residential receiving dock). Please be sure to inspect carefully prior to signing the delivery paperwork. After your order is placed, we will contact you about current timelines for shipping. Typically your order will arrive in 2-3 weeks after purchase.

International Shipping Information

We do our best to accommodate all needs and ship to most requested locations. Please note that all items shipped to international addresses are subject to additional charges, depending on destination and local duties and taxes.     Return Policy

    We are confident that you’ll love what you purchase from Jayson Home, but we also understand that there may be a reason to return or exchange an item. Our policy differs according to the type of item(s) being returned, but in all cases we have made the process simple by not requiring an authorization. Simply follow the instructions that match the type of item you are returning and please contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions.

    Non-Furniture Merchandise Return

    All books, candles, plants and bath products are final sale. All other non-furniture items can be returned for a full refund, as long as they are returned within either 30 days of purchase if bought in store or 30 days after the order was received if bought on our website. Shipping charges are non-refundable and any return label shipping requests will be deducted from your refund. To receive a refund, please:

    • Pack the item(s) in the original packaging or in a way to ensure safe transportation.
    • Include a copy of your invoice.

    We will inspect the returned item(s) and issue a refund to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once we have processed your credit. Please be sure that you ship the item so that we receive it within the 30-day return window and can issue you a timely refund.

    In-stock Furniture Items

    We accept returns of furniture in its original condition when you contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Please note that all shipping charges (including return shipping) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

    To receive a full refund on furniture, please call us at 800.472.1885 during store hours or email us anytime at [email protected]. We must be contacted within the 14-day return window or we will be unable to honor the return.

    Once contacted, we will arrange to have the item picked up at your specified location using the most efficient shipping method. You will be contacted by an assigned freight company to coordinate pickup.

    The merchandise will be returned to our warehouse, where we will inspect it and issue a credit accordingly. Damage or other conditional issues may require deductions from your credit, so please ensure that the piece has been carefully wrapped and protected as best as possible.

    Custom Order Furniture Returns

    Unlike most companies, we do accept returns for custom ordered furniture. However, in addition to non-refundable round trip shipping charges, a 25% restocking fee will also be deducted from your refund. Please follow the In-Stock Merchandise Return Procedure to make your returns.

    Sale Merchandise Returns

    We treat returns of merchandise purchased on our website during special sales or promotions the same way that we do regular price merchandise. Please follow the return procedure listed above that matches the type of item(s) you are returning. 

    Closeout Merchandise Returns

    Closeout items purchased on our website can be returned for store credit only, as long as we receive the merchandise no later than 30 days after the original delivery. Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will issue your store credit via email. Shipping charges are non-refundable and any return label shipping requests will be deducted from your store credit. Please follow the return procedure listed above that matches the type of item(s) you are returning.

    Freight Damage

    We take care to inspect every piece of merchandise before it leaves our store or warehouse. In the unlikely event that your merchandise is damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing [email protected]. We will contact you to exchange or replace any damaged items. Please be sure that you do not sign any delivery paperwork before inspecting your merchandise.

    Backorders

    You will be notified as soon as possible if an item you ordered is on backorder. We will provide you with a projected date for when we expect to have your item in stock again and keep you informed of any updates or changes. Your backordered item will be shipped to you as soon as we receive it.
